Rheoliadau Addysg (Gwybodaeth am Ddisgyblion Unigol) (Cymru) 2007

2.  Mae Rheoliadau Addysg (Gwybodaeth am Ddisgyblion Unigol) (Cymru) 2007(1) wedi eu diwygio fel a ganlyn—

(a)yn rheoliad 5(2)—

(i)hepgorer is-baragraff (c); a

(ii)yn is-baragraff (d) yn lle “yr Asiantaeth Ariannu Sgiliau” rhodder “yr Asiantaeth Cyllido Addysg a Sgiliau(2)”; a

(b)yn lle paragraff 1 yn Rhan 2 o Atodlen 2 rhodder—

“1.—(1) Yr wybodaeth ganlynol—

(a)a yw neu a oedd y disgybl yn astudio tuag at Gymhwyster Bagloriaeth Cymru; a

(b)teitl pob gweithgaredd dysgu y mae neu yr oedd y disgybl yn ei astudio.

(2) Mae’r paragraff hwn yn gymwys i bob person—

(a)sy’n ddisgybl yn chweched dosbarth yr ysgol yn ystod y flwyddyn ysgol y gwnaed ynddi’r cais am yr wybodaeth;

(b)a oedd yn ddisgybl yn chweched dosbarth yr ysgol ar unrhyw adeg flaenorol yn ystod y flwyddyn ysgol y gwnaed ynddi’r cais am yr wybodaeth; neu

(c)a oedd yn ddisgybl yn chweched dosbarth yr ysgol yn y flwyddyn yn union cyn y flwyddyn ysgol y gwnaed ynddi’r cais am yr wybodaeth.”

Mae’r Asiantaeth Cyllido Addysg a Sgiliau (ESFA) yn asiantaeth weithredol a noddir gan yr Adran Addysg yn Lloegr. Mae’r ESFA yn dwyn ynghyd gyfrifoldebau presennol yr Asiantaeth Cyllido Addysg a’r Asiantaeth Cyllido Sgiliau, gan greu un asiantaeth gyllido sy’n atebol am gyllido addysg a hyfforddiant ar gyfer plant, pobl ifanc ac oedolion.
