Amendment E+W

2.  The Education (National Curriculum) (Assessment Arrangements for Reading and Numeracy) (Wales) Order 2013(1) is amended as follows—

(a) in article 2(1) omit the definition of “the NFER”;

(b) in article 3 after paragraph (4) insert—

“(5) Paragraph (3) does not apply to pupils sitting the on-line version of the NRTE.”;

(c) in article 4 after paragraph (4) insert—

“(5) Paragraph (3) does not apply to pupils sitting the on-line version of the NRTW.”;

(d) in article 5 after paragraph (4) insert—

“(5) Paragraph (3) does not apply to pupils sitting the on-line version of the NNT.”; and

(e) in articles 5(3)(b) and 6 omit “or to the NFER”.
