Y ffi sy’n daladwy am gydsyniad ar gyfer cynnig ardal gadw neu gynnig ardal ddatblygu
5.—(1) Rhaid i drwyddedai sy’n gwneud cais i Weinidogion Cymru am gydsyniad ar gyfer cynnig ardal gadw neu gynnig ardal ddatblygu dalu ffi o £1068 os yw Gweinidogion Cymru yn rhoi cydsyniad.
(2) Rhaid talu’r ffi sy’n daladwy o dan baragraff (1) o fewn 30 diwrnod i’r adeg y mae Gweinidogion Cymru yn hysbysu’r trwyddedai am y penderfyniad ynghylch y cais oni bai bod Gweinidogion Cymru yn hysbysu’r trwyddedai y caniateir i’r ffi gael ei thalu ar ddyddiad diweddarach.
