Y ffi sy’n daladwy er mwyn pennu maes olew
7.—(1) Rhaid i drwyddedai sy’n gwneud cais i Weinidogion Cymru am benderfyniad o dan Atodlen 1 i Ddeddf Trethu Olew 1975(1) (pennu meysydd olew) dalu ffi o £1,124.
(2) Rhaid i’r ffi sy’n daladwy o dan baragraff (1) gael ei thalu o fewn 30 diwrnod i’r adeg y mae Gweinidogion Cymru yn hysbysu’r trwyddedai am y penderfyniad ynghylch y cais oni bai bod Gweinidogion Cymru yn hysbysu’r trwyddedai y caniateir i’r ffi gael ei thalu ar ddyddiad diweddarach.
