1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Local Authorities (Change to the Years of Ordinary Elections) (Wales) Order 2019.
(2) This Order comes into force on 6 November 2019.
(3) In this Order, “the 1972 Act” means the Local Government Act 1972(1).
