Diwygio rheoliad 12
4. Yn rheoliad 12 (gwybodaeth i’w chynnwys mewn cais am ganiatâd i ollwng)—
(a)ym mharagraff (1)(a)—
(i)o flaen “yr wybodaeth” mewnosoder “yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (1A), ”,
(ii)hepgorer y geiriau o “i’r graddau” hyd at y diwedd,
(b)ar ôl paragraff (1)(ch) mewnosoder—
“(d)crynodebau o’r astudiaethau y cyfeirir atynt yn y cais a’u canlyniadau, gan gynnwys esboniad o’u perthnasedd i’r asesiad risg amgylcheddol, fel y bo’n briodol.”,
(c)ar ôl paragraff (1) mewnosoder—
“(1A) Dim ond os oes ei hangen er mwyn cwblhau asesiad risg amgylcheddol yng nghyd-destun cais penodol y mae’n ofynnol darparu’r wybodaeth a bennir ym mharagraff (1)(a), a gall lefel y manylder y mae rhaid ei ddarparu amrywio yn ôl natur a graddfa’r gollyngiad bwriadol arfaethedig.”.
