Yn lle adran 23B o Ddeddf Dehongli 19782—

yn is-adran (1)(b), yn lle “the day on which Part 2 of that Act (interpretation and operation of Welsh legislation) comes fully into force” rhodder “1 January 2020 (the day on which Part 2 of that Act comes fully into force)”;
b
yn is-adrannau (2)(b) a (3)(a), yn lle “the day on which Part 2 of the Legislation (Wales) Act 2019 comes fully into force” rhodder “1 January 2020”.
