The title of these Regulations is the Genetically Modified Organisms (Deliberate Release and Transboundary Movement) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Wales) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2019.

Regulations 1 and 4 come into force immediately before exit day.

Regulations 2 and 3 come into force on exit day.
