27.—(1) Rhaid i’r darparwr gwasanaeth sicrhau y darperir gwybodaeth i bob person sy’n gweithio yn y gwasanaeth (gan gynnwys unrhyw berson y caniateir iddo weithio fel gwirfoddolwr) am y gwasanaeth a’r ffordd y caiff ei ddarparu.
(2) Rhaid i’r darparwr gwasanaeth sicrhau bod trefniadau yn eu lle i wneud staff yn ymwybodol o unrhyw godau ymarfer ynghylch y safonau ymddygiad a ddisgwylir oddi wrth weithwyr gofal cymdeithasol, y mae’n ofynnol iddynt gael eu cyhoeddi gan GCC o dan adran 112(1)(a) o’r Ddeddf.
