It is an offence for the responsible individual to fail to comply with a requirement of any of the provisions specified in paragraph (2)17.

The provisions specified for the purposes of paragraph (1) are the provisions of regulations 37(1), 38(1), 41(1), 41(2), 43(1), 43(2), 44(1), 44(2), 45(1), 50(4), 51(1), 54(1) and 54(3).
