Where the service provider, responsible individual or appointed manager is charged with any offence specified in the Schedule to the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Prescribed Criteria and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2009(1), notice of the offence charged and the place of charge.
