The Equine Identification (Wales) Regulations 2019 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 6(1), for “born in the European Union” substitute “ born in a member State or in the United Kingdom ”.

In the heading to regulation 7, for “European Union” substitute “ F1Great Britain from a country other than Northern Ireland or a member State ”.

In regulation 13(3)(b), for “another member State” substitute “a member State or Northern Ireland”.
