2.—(1) Diwygir Rheoliadau Adnabod Ceffylau (Cymru) 2019(1) fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn rheoliad 6(1), yn lle “a aned yn yr Undeb Ewropeaidd” rhodder “a aned mewn Aelod-wladwriaeth neu yn y Deyrnas Unedig”.
(3) Ym mhennawd rheoliad 7, yn lle “i’r Undeb Ewropeaidd” rhodder “i’r Deyrnas Unedig o wlad heblaw Aelod-wladwriaeth”.
(4) Yn rheoliad 13(3)(b), yn lle “Aelod-wladwriaeth arall” rhodder “Aelod-wladwriaeth”.
(5) Yn rheoliad 33, yn lle paragraff (4) rhodder—
“(4) Caiff yr arolygydd fynd gydag unrhyw bersonau eraill a ystyrir gan yr arolygydd yn angenrheidiol.”.
