The Adoption Support Services (Local Authorities) (Wales) Regulations 200513 are amended as follows.

In regulation 5—
a
after paragraph (1)(b) insert—
bb
an individual falling within regulation 3(e) of the Regulated Adoption Services (Service Providers and Responsible Individuals) (Wales) Regulations 201914.
b
in paragraph (2), omit the words from “but in relation to” to the end.
