The title of these Regulations is the Marketing of Seeds and Plant Propagating Material (Amendment) (Wales) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.

These Regulations come into force as follows—
a
as regards this Part and Part 2, 21 days after the day on which these Regulations are laid;
b
as regards Part 3, on exit day.

These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
