Amendments to the Genetically Modified Organisms (Deliberate Release) (Wales) Regulations 2002 E+W

2.—(1) The Genetically Modified Organisms (Deliberate Release) (Wales) Regulations 2002 M1 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 16 omit paragraph (f).

(3) Omit regulations 18 and 18A.

(4) In Schedule 3, paragraph 1 for the words “and any specific identification” substitute “ the unique identifier assigned in accordance with Regulation 65/2004, and any other ”.
