Rheoliadau Marchnata Deunyddiau Lluosogi Planhigion Addurnol 1999
26.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Marchnata Deunyddiau Lluosogi Planhigion Addurnol 1999(1) wedi eu diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn rheoliad 7(4) yn lle “regulation 15 of the Plant Health (Great Britain) Order 1993” rhodder “article 25 of the Plant Health (Wales) Order 2018(2)”.
(3) Yn rheoliad 8(3)—
(a)yn lle’r geiriau o “plant pest” hyd at “1993” rhodder “notifiable plant pest as defined in article 42(3) of the Plant Health (Wales) Order 2018”;
(b)yn lle “article 20” rhodder “article 42”.
(4) Yn rheoliad 12(3) yn lle’r geiriau o “article 12(5)” hyd at y diwedd rhodder “article 9(1) of the Plant Health (Wales) Order 2018”.

27. Yn Rhan A of Atodlen 9 i Orchymyn Iechyd Planhigion (Cymru) 2018(3), ym mharagraff 8, yn lle is-baragraff 9(b) rhodder—
“(b)Erthygl 5(2) Gyfarwyddeb Weithredu’r Comisiwn 2014/96/EU ar y gofynion ar gyfer labelu, selio a phecynnu deunydd lluosogi ffrwythau a phlanhigion ffrwythau a fwriedir ar gyfer cynhyrchu ffrwythau sydd o fewn cwmpas Cyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 2008/90/EC(4);”.
