15.—(1) The Healthy Eating in Schools (Nutritional Standards and Requirements) (Wales) Regulations 2013(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(1) in the definition of “relevant European Union Regulations” (“Rheoliadau Undeb Ewropeaidd perthnasol”)—
(a)after the definition of “Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008” insert “as amended from time to time”;
(b)after the definition of “Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008” insert “as amended from time to time”.
