19. In paragraph 7 of Schedule 2 to the Environmental Damage (Prevention and Remediation) (Wales) Regulations 2009(1), after sub-paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba)hazardous substances as defined in Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures(2);”.
