The Air Quality Standards (Wales) Regulations 2010
20. In regulation 14 of the Air Quality Standards (Wales) Regulations 2010(1)—
(a)in sub-paragraph (5)(b) for “Directive 2008/1/EC” substitute “Directive 2010/75/EU”;
(b)in sub-paragraph (7) for the definition of “Directive 2008/1/EC” (“Cyfarwyddeb 2001/81/EC”) substitute “Directive 2010/75/EU (“Cyfarwyddeb 2010/75/EU”) means Directive 2010/75/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on industrial emissions in so far as it has been transposed into the law that applies in Wales”.
