In regulation 2(1) of the Fishery Products (Official Controls Charges) (Wales) Regulations 2007 M1, in the definition of “third country import” (“mewnforyn trydedd wlad”), for the words from “Part” to “applies” substitute “ a charge is payable under Regulation 882/2004 ”.
