The Marketing of Ornamental Plant Propagating Material Regulations 1999

26.—(1) The Marketing of Ornamental Plant Propagating Material Regulations 1999(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 7(4) for “regulation 15 of the Plant Health (Great Britain) Order 1993” substitute “article 25 of the Plant Health (Wales) Order 2018(2)”.

(3) In regulation 8(3)—

(a) for the words from “plant pest” to “1993” substitute “notifiable plant pest as defined in article 42(3) of the Plant Health (Wales) Order 2018”;

(b) for “article 20” substitute “article 42”.

(4) In regulation 12(3) for the words from “article 12(5)” to the end substitute “article 9(1) of the Plant Health (Wales) Order 2018”.
