3.  In regulation 17(1)(c) of the Bovine Semen (Wales) Regulations 2008 M1 , for “articles 3(2)(a) or 3(2)(b) of the Veterinary Surgery (Blood Sampling) Order 1983 M2 ” substitute “ articles 5(2) and 5(3) of the Veterinary Surgery (Exemptions) Order 2015 M3 ”.
