The Foot and Mouth Disease (Wales) Order 2006
5.—(1) The Foot and Mouth (Wales) Order 2006(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In article 3—
(a)in the definition of “the Directive”, at the end insert, “, as last amended by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1099(2)”;
(b)in the definition of “Regulation (EC) No. 1069/2009”, at the end insert “, as last amended by Council Regulation (EU) 1385/2013(3)”;
(c)in the definition of “Regulation (EU) No. 142/2011”, at the end insert “, as last amended by Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1262(4)”.
(3) In article 32, for paragraph (5) substitute —
“(5) In this article, “border inspection post” means one that has been listed in Commission Decision 2009/821/EC(5) drawing up a list of approved border inspection posts.”.
