20.  In Part B of Schedule 6—

(a) in paragraph 2B, for “or Populus L.” substitute “, Populus L., Quercus L., other than Quercus suber, or Ulmus L.”;

(b) for paragraph 3(a)(ii) substitute—

“(ii) Castanea Mill., excluding wood which is bark-free; or”.
