The Plant Health (Forestry) (Amendment) (Wales) Order 2019

The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2 and 3(1) of the Plant Health Act 1967 M1 and paragraph 1A of Schedule 2 to the European Communities Act 1972 M2, make the following Order.

This Order makes provision for a purpose mentioned in section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 M3and it appears to the Welsh Ministers that it is expedient for the references to the European Union instruments mentioned in article 3(a)(ii) and (iii) to be construed as references to those instruments as amended from time to time.
