were manufactured from those constituents by a process of heat treatment and extrusion;

are approximately 165 millimetres in length, 80 millimetres in width and 75 millimetres in height;

have an average weight of between 0.835 and 0.865 kilograms; and

have a sulphur content not exceeding 0.2% of the total weight.
