77.  Brics glo Newheat, a weithgynhyrchir gan Oxbow Coal BV yn Newfield Works, Bishop Auckland, Swydd Durham—

(a)a gyfansoddir o olosg petrolewm (sef tua 60 i 65% o’r cyfanswm pwysau), glo caled (sef tua 30 i 35% o’r cyfanswm pwysau) a rhwymwr resin sy’n caledu wrth oeri, caledwr a sefydlogydd tymheredd isel (sef gweddill y pwysau);

(b)a gynhyrchwyd ar y tymheredd amgylchynol drwy broses sy’n cynnwys rholio-wasgu a chaledu oer;

(c)sy’n frics glo hirgrwn, heb eu marcio ar siâp gobennydd;

(d)sy’n pwyso tua 100 gram ar gyfartaledd; ac

(e)nad yw mwy nag 1.9% o gyfanswm eu pwysau yn sylffwr.
