Coming into force
The Welsh Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 21(5) of the Clean Air Act 19931.

The Welsh Ministers are satisfied that the fireplaces exempted by this Order can be used for burning fuel other than authorised fuels without producing any smoke or a substantial quantity of smoke.
