Designated courses – exceptions E+W

7.  A course is not a designated course if it is recognised as a designated course for the purposes of—

(a) regulation 5 or 83 of the Education (Student Support) (Wales) Regulations 2017 M1 (“the 2017 Student Support Regulations”);

(b) regulation 5 or 8 of the Education (Student Support) (Wales) Regulations 2018 M2 (“the 2018 Student Support Regulations”);

(c) regulation 4 of the Education (Postgraduate Doctoral Degree Loans) (Wales) Regulations 2018 M3 (“the 2018 Doctoral Degree Loans Regulations”).
