Adolygu a dirymu
8.—(1) Pan fo awdurdod lleol yn rhoi cyfarwyddyd o dan y Rhan hon, rhaid i’r awdurdod adolygu a yw’r amodau iechyd y cyhoedd yn parhau i gael eu bodloni mewn perthynas â’r cyfarwyddyd—
(a)o leiaf unwaith yn y cyfnod o 7 niwrnod sy’n dechrau drannoeth y diwrnod y rhoddir y cyfarwyddyd, a
(b)o leiaf unwaith ym mhob cyfnod dilynol o 7 niwrnod.
(2) Os yw’r awdurdod lleol, ar ôl cynnal adolygiad o dan baragraff (1), yn ystyried nad yw’r amodau iechyd y cyhoedd yn cael eu bodloni mwyach, rhaid i’r awdurdod lleol ddirymu’r cyfarwyddyd.
(3) Nid yw paragraff (2) yn atal awdurdod lleol rhag dirymu cyfarwyddyd ar unrhyw adeg os yw’r awdurdod yn ystyried nad yw’r amodau iechyd y cyhoedd wedi eu bodloni mwyach mewn perthynas â’r cyfarwyddyd.
(4) Caiff cyfarwyddyd ei ddirymu drwy roi hysbysiad ysgrifenedig i bob person y rhoddwyd y cyfarwyddyd iddo.
(5) Mae paragraffau (2) a (3) o reoliad 11 yn gymwys i ddirymiad fel y maent yn gymwys i gyfarwyddyd.
(6) Mae cyfarwyddyd yn peidio â chael effaith ar adeg rhoi’r hysbysiad o ddirymiad.
