Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1(2) and (3)
The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 15, 80, 82A, 83, 84, 86, 88, 104, 107, 110, 115, 116, 118, 203(9) and (10) and 205 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 20061, make the following Regulations.
A draft of these Regulations has been approved by a resolution of Senedd Cymru in accordance with section 203(6A) of that Act.
