The title of these Regulations is the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Wales) Regulations 2020.

The following provisions come into force on 1 October 2020—

this Part;
b
Parts 2 to 4;
c
Parts 9 to 11.

Parts 5 to 8 come into force on 1 October 2021.

These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
