3.  In regulation 2 (prescribed functions of Health Authorities in Wales) of the National Health Service (Payments by Local Authorities to Health Authorities) (Prescribed Functions) (Wales) Regulations 2001(1), in paragraph (2)(d)(2), for “regulation 41 of the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Wales) Regulations 2013” substitute “regulation 55 of the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Wales) Regulations 2020”.
