6. In paragraph 1(3) of Schedule 1 to the Single Use Carrier Bags Charge (Wales) Regulations 2010(1), in the definitions of—
(a)“independent nurse prescriber”,
(b)“paramedic independent prescriber”,
(c)“physiotherapist independent prescriber”,
(d)“podiatrist or chiropodist independent prescriber”, and
(e)“therapeutic radiographer independent prescriber”,
for “National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Wales) Regulations 2013” substitute “National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Wales) Regulations 2020”.
