Diwygio Rheoliadau Rheolaethau Swyddogol (Iechyd Planhigion ac Organeddau a Addaswyd yn Enetig) (Cymru) 2020

2.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Rheolaethau Swyddogol (Iechyd Planhigion ac Organeddau a Addaswyd yn Enetig) (Cymru) 2020(1) wedi eu diwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2) Yn lle rheoliad 31(3) rhodder—

“(3) Nid yw paragraff (1) yn gymwys—

(a)i unrhyw fangre a ddefnyddir yn gyfan gwbl neu’n bennaf fel annedd breifat oni bai bod 24 awr o rybudd wedi ei roi i’r meddiannydd, neu

(b)mewn perthynas ag unrhyw hysbysiad a roddir o dan Atodlen 4A.”

(3) Yn rheoliad 36(1), ar y diwedd mewnosoder “neu Atodlen 4A”.

(4) Yn rheoliad 37—

(a)ym mharagraff (3), ar ôl “arolygydd iechyd planhigion” mewnosoder “neu’r awdurdod priodol”;

(b)ym mharagraff (6), yn y diffiniad o “hysbysiad”, ar ôl “arolygydd iechyd planhigion” mewnosoder “neu’r awdurdod priodol”.

(5) Yn rheoliad 39—

(a)daw’r paragraff sydd heb ei rifo yn baragraff (1) o’r rheoliad hwnnw;

(b)ar ôl paragraff (1) fel y’i hailrifwyd, mewnosoder—

“(2) Nid yw paragraff (1)(a) yn gymwys mewn perthynas ag unrhyw hysbysiad a gyflwynir o dan Atodlen 4A.”

(6) Yn rheoliad 46(1), ar ôl “y Rhan hon” mewnosoder “neu baragraff 22 o Atodlen 4A (methu â chydymffurfio ag hysbysiad stop)”.

(7) Yn rheoliad 47(1), ar ôl “y Rhan hon” mewnosoder “neu baragraff 22 o Atodlen 4A (methu â chydymffurfio ag hysbysiad stop)”.

(8) Ar ôl rheoliad 48 mewnosoder—

“RHAN 11ASancsiynau Sifil

Sancsiynau sifil

48A.  Mae Atodlen 4A (sy’n darparu ar gyfer sancsiynau sifil) yn cael effaith.”

(9) Ar ôl Atodlen 4, mewnosoder yr Atodlen a gynhwysir yn yr Atodlen i’r Rheoliadau hyn.
