Aelod cyswllt yr undebau llafur – diswyddo ac atal dros dro
14.—(1) Mae’r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys i aelod cyswllt a benodir gan yr aelodau nad ydynt yn swyddogion yn unol â rheoliad 3(6)(b).
(2) Caiff yr aelodau nad ydynt yn swyddogion ddiswyddo’r person hwnnw, drwy hysbysiad ysgrifenedig, os ydynt wedi eu bodloni nad yw’r person yn addas i fod yn aelod o IGDC neu nad yw’n fodlon arfer swyddogaethau aelod o IGDC neu nad yw’n gallu gwneud hynny.
(3) Caiff yr aelodau nad ydynt yn swyddogion atal person dros dro, drwy hysbysiad ysgrifenedig i’r person hwnnw, os yw’n ymddangos i’r aelodau nad ydynt yn swyddogion y gall fod sail dros arfer y pŵer ym mharagraff (2).
(4) Mae aelod cyswllt yn peidio â dal swydd os yw’r aelod yn peidio â bod yn ymgeisydd cymwys i’w benodi’n aelod cyswllt o dan reoliad 4(4).
(5) Ni chaiff person y mae ei benodiad wedi ei atal dros dro o dan baragraff (1) gyflawni swyddogaethau unrhyw aelod yn ystod y cyfnod atal dros dro.
