Aelodau nad ydynt yn swyddogion
6.—(1) Mae aelod nad yw’n swyddog yn dal swydd am unrhyw gyfnod, ac ar unrhyw delerau ac amodau, a bennir gan Weinidogion Cymru yn nhelerau’r penodiad, ond mae hyn yn ddarostyngedig i baragraffau (2), (3), (4) a Rhan 4.
(2) Ni chaiff cyfnod y swydd a bennir yn nhelerau penodiad aelod nad yw’n swyddog fod yn hwy na 4 blynedd.
(3) Caiff person sydd wedi dal swydd fel aelod nad yw’n swyddog fod yn gymwys i gael ei ailbenodi’n aelod nad yw’n swyddog ond ni chaiff person fod yn aelod nad yw’n swyddog am gyfnod cyfan sy’n hwy nag 8 mlynedd.
(4) Caiff aelod nad yw’n swyddog ymddiswyddo drwy roi hysbysiad ysgrifenedig i Weinidogion Cymru.
