Title, application and coming into forceE+W

1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (No. 5) (Wales) Regulations 2020.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.

(3) These Regulations, other than Part 6, come into force on [F120 December 2020].

(4) Part 6 comes into force on 23 December 2020.
