Offences relating to gatherings and being away from home E+W

37.—(1) A person who contravenes a requirement in—

(a) paragraph [F1 2(1)] of Schedule 1,

(b) paragraph [F2 2(1) F3 ...] or (3) of Schedule 2,

(c) paragraph 1(1) [F4 2(1) or 3(1)] of Schedule 3, or

(d) paragraph 1(1) or 2(1) of Schedule 4,

commits an offence.
