Amendment of the Trade in Animals and Related Products (Wales) Regulations 201113.

In regulation 18—

(a)

except in the first place it occurs in paragraph (3), in each other place, including in the heading, for “the United Kingdom” substitute “Great Britain”;

(b)

in paragraph (2)—

(i)

for “animal consigned to a destination outside the European Union” substitute “imported animal”;

(ii)

after “country” insert “or territory”;

(c)

in paragraph (3), for “Products that arrive at a border control post for an ultimate destination outside the United Kingdom, and” substitute “Imported products”;

(d)

in paragraph (4)—

(i)

in the first place it occurs, for “the European Union” substitute “the British Islands”;

(ii)

in the second place it occurs, for “the European Union” substitute “any of the territories of the British Islands”.
