Part 2 is amended as follows.

In regulation 6(2), in the definition of “forestry professional operator”—
a
in the words before paragraph (a), omit “EU” ;
b
in paragraph (b), for “the Union territory”, in both places where it occurs, substitute “Great Britain or a CD territory”;
c
after paragraph (c) insert—
ca
the introduction of forestry material into Northern Ireland from Wales;
