Part 4

7.—(1) Part 4 is amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 14(2), in the definition of “prohibited material”—

(a) in paragraph (b)—

(i) for “the Union territory or Wales” substitute “Great Britain”;

(ii) for “an EU” substitute “a”;

(b) in paragraph (c)—

(i) omit “within the Union territory, or”;

(ii) for “an EU” substitute “a”.

(3) In regulation 16(4), omit “(including representatives of the European Commission)”.
