Diwygio Rheoliadau Marchnata Planhigion Ffrwythau a Deunyddiau Lluosogi (Cymru) 2017

2.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Marchnata Planhigion Ffrwythau a Deunyddiau Lluosogi (Cymru) 2017(1) wedi eu diwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2) Yn rheoliad 28, yn y pennawd, ar y diwedd mewnosoder—

“ar gyfer deunyddiau planhigion o riant-blanhigyn a oedd yn bodoli cyn cychwyn”.

(3) Ar ôl rheoliad 28 mewnosoder—

“Darpariaeth drosiannol ar gyfer dogfennau’r cyflenwr sydd ynghlwm wrth ddeunyddiau CAC

28ZA.—(1) Caiff cyflenwr farchnata deunyddiau CAC y mae dogfen y cyflenwr nad yw’n cydymffurfio â pharagraff 8A o Atodlen 2 ynghlwm wrthynt ar ffurf label os yw’r ddogfen honno—

(a)yn ddogfen y cyflenwr o liw a oedd yn cael ei ddefnyddio cyn 10 Ebrill 2020; a

(b)yn datgan eu bod yn cael eu marchnata yn unol ag Erthygl 3 o Gyfarwyddeb Weithredu’r Comisiwn (EU) 2019/1813(2).

(2) Mae’r rheoliad hwn yn peidio â chael effaith ar 1 Gorffennaf 2021.”.

(4) Yn Atodlen 2—

(a)ym mharagraff 8(b), hepgorer paragraffau (ix) a (x); a

(b)ar ôl paragraff 8 mewnosoder—

“8A.  Rhaid i ddogfen y cyflenwr sydd ynghlwm wrth ddeunyddiau CAC ar ffurf label fod wedi ei lliwio’n felyn.”
