Changes to Legislation

Datgymhwyso darpariaethau penodol sy’n ymwneud ag etholiadauLL+C
5.—(1) Mae’r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys mewn perthynas â’r bleidlais ar gyfer etholiad perthnasol—
(a)os yw’n ofynnol i’r bleidlais gael ei chynnal ar ddiwrnod sydd o fewn y cyfnod sy’n dechrau ar 25 Ebrill 2020 ac sy’n dod i ben ar [F128 Chwefror 2021], ond
(b)yn unol â’r Rheoliadau hyn, nad yw’r bleidlais yn cael ei chynnal yn ystod y cyfnod hwnnw.
(2) Nid yw adran 39 o Ddeddf 1983 (etholiadau lleol di-rym etc.) yn gymwys, a chaiff ei thrin fel pe na bai erioed wedi bod yn gymwys, mewn perthynas â’r bleidlais.
(3) Nid yw adran 63 o Ddeddf 1983 (torri dyletswydd swyddogol) yn gymwys, a chaiff ei thrin fel pe na bai erioed wedi bod yn gymwys, mewn perthynas ag unrhyw weithred neu anweithred mewn cysylltiad â’r bleidlais.
(4) Wrth benderfynu at ddiben y rheoliad hwn a yw pleidlais wedi cael ei chynnal, mae pleidleisiau drwy’r post i’w hanwybyddu.
