[F328.—(1) A person who has travelled to the United Kingdom for the purpose of transporting material which consists of, or includes, human cells or blood and which is to be used for the provision of a health service by a provider of health services.E+W
(2) For the purposes of this paragraph—
“blood” (“gwaed”) includes blood components;
“health service” (“gwasanaeth iechyd”) has the meaning given by regulation 10(8).]
