Darpariaeth drosiannol: Newid amserau sesiynau ysgolion

3.—(1) Mae’r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys pan fo hysbysiad perthnasol wedi dod i ben.

(2) Mae unrhyw newid i amserau sesiynau ysgol a weithredir yn ystod y cyfnod pan fo’r hysbysiad perthnasol neu hysbysiad blaenorol yn cael effaith yn peidio â chael effaith.

(3) Rhaid i gorff llywodraethu’r ysgol sicrhau bod amserau sesiynau’r ysgol yn dychwelyd i’r amserau sesiynau yr oedd yn ofynnol eu gweithredu yn union cyn i’r hysbysiad gael ei roi neu, pan mai’r hysbysiad olaf mewn cyfres o hysbysiadau o’r fath i gael effaith yn olynol heb doriad ydyw, cyn i’r unig hysbysiad blaenorol neu’r hysbysiad blaenorol cyntaf gael ei roi (yn ôl y digwydd).

(4) Nid yw paragraff (3) yn effeithio ar bwerau corff llywodraethu ysgol neu awdurdod lleol i newid amserau sesiynau ysgolion yn unol â Rheoliadau Newid Amserau Sesiynau Ysgolion (Cymru) 2009(1) (“Rheoliadau 2009”).

(5) Yn y rheoliad hwn, ystyr “hysbysiad perthnasol” yw hysbysiad a wneir o dan baragraff 7(5)(n) o Atodlen 17 i Ddeddf y Coronafeirws 2020 (datgymhwyso Rheoliadau 2009) neu, yn achos cyfres o hysbysiadau o’r fath sy’n cael effaith yn olynol heb doriad, yr hysbysiad olaf yn y gyfres.

(6) Yn y rheoliad hwn, ystyr “hysbysiad blaenorol” yw hysbysiad a wneir o dan baragraff 7(5)(n) o Atodlen 17 i Ddeddf y Coronafeirws 2020 sy’n ffurfio rhan o gyfres o hysbysiadau o’r fath gan gynnwys yr hysbysiad perthnasol sy’n cael effaith yn olynol heb doriad.
