10.—(1) Ar ôl cwblhau asesiad cymesuredd, rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru anfon yr wybodaeth a restrir ym mharagraff (2) i’r Comisiwn Ewropeaidd a’i chofnodi yn y gronfa ddata o broffesiynau rheoleiddiedig y cyfeirir ati yn Erthygl 59(1) o Gyfarwyddeb 2005/36/EC Senedd Ewrop a’r Cyngor dyddiedig 7 Medi 2005 ynghylch cydnabod cymwysterau proffesiynol(1).
(2) Yr wybodaeth sy’n ofynnol o dan baragraff (1) yw—
(a)copi o’r ddarpariaeth reoleiddiol broffesiynol, a
(b)y rhesymau dros ystyried bod y ddarpariaeth yn gyfiawn ac yn gymesur.
