Amendment of the School Information (Wales) Regulations 2011

4.  After regulation 1 of the School Information (Wales) Regulations 2011(1) insert—

“Disapplication of certain duties for the 2019-2020 school year

1A.   The information specified in paragraph 30 of Schedule 3 and relating to the 2019-2020 school year(2) must not be included in any school prospectus.”
