The title of these Regulations is the Infant Formula and Follow-on Formula (Wales) Regulations 2020.

These Regulations come into force—
a
except where sub-paragraph (b) applies, on 22 February 2020;
b
on 22 February 2021 in respect of infant formula and follow-on formula manufactured from protein hydrolysates.

These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
